What drives me as a wedding photographer is connecting with my couples and their loved ones, allowing me to retain the feeling of the moment behind every frame. All the candid chaos, raw emotions, and wild joy that solidifies your wedding day into stories you’ll be re-telling for years to come deserve to be documented by someone that deeply cares about you.

Most often, I take a step back to watch and capture your moments unfolding naturally, giving guidance when needed. I never want to interrupt any significant moments by being in your way, distracting you, or rushing you along. However, I am more than comfortable corralling your distant relatives or wedding party, putting you into natural and flattering poses, and grabbing attention when necessary!
Someone who can read the room
I tend to be the cool and calm one in the chaos, which comes in handy when timelines shift or bustles break in the middle of the dance floor. I’ll have my safety pins, fans (Texas is HOT), snacks, and jokes ready. Whatever helps you feel more at ease and fully present on your day, I’ve got your back.

I know it's sometimes frustrating to wait for what seems like ages to get a response, especially when you're in the thick of wedding planning. I aim to get back to you as quickly as possible, and sometimes I’ll even throw in a few GIFs or emojis to add a little *spice*. Communication is extremely important in any relationship, and I believe it should be fun, easy, and effortless.

I like to describe my style as true to life, vibrant, and with a lil hint of filmy goodness. I make sure my colors are true to what they look like in real life (including your skin tones!). I use both digital and 35mm film to capture all the details and emotion throughout the day, whichever feels best for the moment. I often step back to let your moments naturally unfold, but I’ll happily guide you when needed and ensure you're in the best light possible. That way, you have timeless photos you can feel that you can look back on lovingly for years to come.
Absoluuuuutely! Wanna know a secret? I'm super uncomfortable in front of the camera too at times. Nearly everyone thinks they look or feel awkward, so you are not alone. Sometimes all ya need is someone who encourages you and gives you tips for where to look and what to do with your hands. When needed, I'll guide you into flattering, natural poses and have you interact with each other so you’re comfortable and we can see your true personality shine through.
Easy answer? Nope. I believe the way a photographer edits and delivers their images is crucial to their style and artistic form. My hope is that you hire someone you trust to deliver images in a way that feels true to you, and that includes both their editing and shooting style.
I deliver images within 3 weeks for engagements and bridal sessions, and 8-10 weeks for weddings. You’ll receive a link to a private online gallery of all the high resolution files ready for you to download as many times as you like. You can even buy prints, albums, and other goodies straight from your gallery if you wish! Yee-freakin-haw.
Short answer? Hell YES. I am ready and willing to travel to wherever you and your love are! If necessary, we’ll discuss any travel fees up front before contracts are signed so you know exactly what to expect.
Fill out the handy contact form on my contact page, and I’ll be in touch as soon as I’m able with an email that has more extensive information on my offerings. If I’m available for your wedding date, we’ll have a chat in person or over FaceTime/Zoom to get to know each other better, run through the flow of a typical wedding day, and help you decide what kind of coverage is best for your wedding. When you’re ready to book, I’ll send over a contract + retainer, and once those are taken care of you’ll officially be in my calendar. Then we get to enjoy the fun stuff like scheduling your engagement session and dreaming up your magical day. Easy peasy!
